I know it's a shotshell reloader, the charging bar is stamped 16ga.

I don't know too much else about shot shell reloaders. Happy to answer any questions you have.

I found a bunch of extra parts too.

$69 + shipping, don't contact me about how much shipping is going to cost, the information is below, you figure it out.

If you're OK with me removing the handle I can get it into a box 22x12x8, 17 lbs with all the parts.

I'm shipping from 10590, I'll ship however you like.
