Brevex #19 joins the Collection - 375 H&H - Maurice Ottmar Stock
Its been a long time (almost a year) looking to add Brevex No. 19 to my collection. Of all my Brevex rifles, this is the first in 375 H&H caliber. And, its also my first rifle, of any make, with an original Maurice Ottmar Custom Stock. My pictured don't do justice to the quality of his work. The seller indicated the rifle came from, and was built by, Champlin Arms Co. The barrel is marked as such. The work is dated on the bottom of the barrel "May 14, 1985" built by William (Bill) Rinie who was Champlin's custom builder at that time.
