Just tried them again ..... no luck yet. Anyone have a list of PSI for the Maxi-Lite, Lite and Falcon ..... 2 1/2 12's?
Thanks
Al Al- I e-mailed RST back in May asking a question about pressures and this is taken from their e-mail response. "12 Ga. 2 1/2" Lite psi = 7100 MaxiLite = 6400 Falcon = 7200" Doug

Bouvier> that would frost me too. I always see a red flag when a business doesn't answer the phone. Sure, maybe they're on vacation but the norm is to put a message on the recorder and say that. Maybe it would be too simple but why don't they have a website showing the pressures of their offerings? Or put the info on the box or even print it on the shell? They are always at the larger shooting events with a big trailer of shells. I'll ask the next time I see them.

http://www.rstshells.com/orderform.pdfReceived 3 flats 2 weeks ago, ~6 days after faxing in order. Alex then called me for CC info. He couldn't be more helpful w/ data, orders, etc.
Always looking for small bore Francotte SxS shotguns.

Morris has been sick for a couple of days and I believe the rest of the shop is trying to manufacture enough shells to meet demand for the upcoming vintager shoot and fall hunting season. They are probably guilty of being short handed but that will change when Morris is back at work.

As I understand, I don't know whether this came from Alex or Morris, any information printed about pressure figures can change on short notice and then be not as accurate. RST actually has their own pressure testing equipment (a fairly recent development) and don't have to send ammunition out for testing. I would imagine every large lot of ammunition is tested for velocity and pressure, resulting in minor differences. Email or telephone inquiries will result in the most recent and accurate information. I'm sticking with the RST products because of the variety of short chamber and low pressure stuff, the stuff that I use the most. I wouldn't know where else to go for ten gauge low pressure ammo for Damascus guns.

Leave a message. Alex will get back to you. When they are on the road, they do check messages.
