As far as reaming the hammer pivot hole out to remove orig rough drilling finish,,I wouldn't bother as long as you say the hammers pivot fine.
These were inexpensive, mass produced firearms and made w/o any of what you could call fine qualities of fit and finish.
Also the hammers IIRC are case hardened. So unless the reamer is carbide, it will probably take a beating trying to cut the glass hard surface in there.
The pin shown is likely a soft steel replacement. Even with that it must have taken a lot of pivots back and forth to wear it like that.
That pin is probably undersize and that would accelerate the wear. ne end looks like they peened a 'cap' on it to help retain it. amay have ahd one on the other end as well but it sheared off when disassembling.
If the hole in the hammers and frame is .130,,I'd almost bet the replacement is a piece of 1/8" (.125d) round stock.
Close enough for a quick replacement in someone's world..like Afghanistan maybe.
The wear like that comes from one side of the hammer being under spring tension against the pin, and the pin being very soft steel
The other side that is not worn has the pivot hole riding free of contact for the most part so little or no wear.
Make a new pin of some decent tool steel and it will outlast your shooting days.
Or search for another pin that looks normal. They'll all be about 100 y/o, so don't expect a beauty queen of a replacement.
Numrich has them listed for around $5.
Says the same pin is used for the sears, hammer and cocking cams.
The problem with Numrich is their shipping costs are at times excessive for the parcel and part.
