I saw a Rigby that had drop like that once. I susupect it was done for a specific customer. Who built it?

It is on gunbroker as a "Union Machine."

That's a lot of drop. I just had my .577 double rifle restocked because of the 3 7/8" drop. Didn't wish to shoot it that way.
