Inletting appears perfect. I bet its the same underneath. How is it bedded? Whose bbl? What was the finished weight?

Not many G33/40's left. Great to see another turned into a proper sporting rifle. In a manner of speaking, its what they all should aspire to be. That one is most fortunate to have found you!

I do not just work on bolt actions. Been doing more shotguns lately.

The G33/40 is a small ring full length mauser action. It is a very trim and light action. It was carried by the elite german mountain troops in WWII. I could be a little off on my history but I think thats the gist of it.

The stock is bedded metal to wood. There is stock finish in the inletting but thats all. The barrel is a 23" lothar walther.

This one is next..........
