Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith for double guns within driving distance (less than about 250 miles) of northern Virginia? If not within driving distance of northern Virginia, than anywhere? I am not necessarily needing a master artisan of the highest order, just someone who reliably does good work with a reasonable turnaround time.
For example, I've got a Charles Daly/Miroku 500 that neeeds trigger work and a factory new stock inletted. I have a Citori that needs some trigger work. I have a Winchester 101 that locks itself closed when it heats up from rapid firing on a warm day. I have another Winchester 101 that is hard to open after firing both barrels.
