Tthe wood on Glenn's rifle is a really fine piece of black walnut that has actually been kind to the stockmaker.
It is a near perfect match from side to side but Glenn was kind enough not to show because it isn't checkered yet - I did have a reason trust me.
I do want to point out the fine job I did on the rust bluing of the receiver although it does appear to be pealing for some odd reasone.
Glenn's rifle also has a damascus skeleton butt plate and skeleton grip cap made by Glenn in his spare time.
