Hi Gang:
I would like to gather some thoughts about buying stock blanks from this site. Anybody buy stock blanks from this site? If so, what was your impression of the wood you received?
They seem to have a lot of wood for auction but there is very little bidding for these stocks. Does this mean that the wood is overpriced?
Any comments?

I bought a couple blanks from him 5-6 yrs ago. Seemed a bit pricey for the grade on one, but not much. The other blank was a great buy.

I have used them, Had better luck with this guy though, Had to have my bank wire money to Germany I belive but it was hassle free, wood was better than I expected. Turned out to be the best blank I have ever owned. Had the blank within 10 days. http://www.walnut-gunstockblanks.com/index.html

Have been using their services for about five years now. If you are patient and wise you can get some good deals from this seller. Remember, be patient and NOT in a hurry to buy. You do get what you pay for with this seller in my opinion.
