Other then fantasies as a kid, when did I ever talk about hosing down birds with a punt gun, have we forgotten that such use in the US woiuld be illegal. I just thought it'd be fun to build and shoot one at targets (simulated flocks of birds) though shooting at one of those huge fall starling flocks would be interesting. I used to be the neighborhood pyrotechnics builder when I was a kid, I guess that's something you never completely outgrow.
