I have an SST and look over the shoulder of my uncle who also has an SST Repro, and neither has had problems. I know both have fired "thousands," but anything beyond that would be a guess.
Elsewhere, I know of a Repro that had a trigger problem, but it showed up very early on. My second hand knowledge of Repro single triggers is similar, that if there is a problem lurking out there, you won't have to wait long to find it. On the other hand, if it works right while you burn up the first couple of flats, it's going to be clear sailing.
