Without photographs of what you are discussing here, it is totally impossible to evaluate whether or not this $5000 would be worth it or not.
Also, at that price range without the gun in the hands - the internet is still not the place to evaluate the worth and fitness of a $5000 gun purchase.

If you don't know what your're getting into, hesitate.

$5000 can get you a very nice, functional 'Like New' condition drilling in common calibers that you won't need to worry about reloading for, and that you won't loose money on when it's time to sell the gun later.
