I was rummaging around looking at guns the other day and came across a beautiful English stocked underlever double that was marked "Richards Superior Laminated Steel London" on the rib, and "Richards" on the sideplates. Almost every square inch on the receiver and hammers is engraved, and it certainly looks to be a high quality double, certainly as compared with the various immitations such as W Richards from Belgium. I can try to post a picture later if that would be of assistance. Can anyone give me a clue if this is a true Westley Richards? Did they mark their guns in this way?

Thanks!
