obsessed-with-doubles Sidelock Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 2,875 Likes: 16 USA	Mr. Otte is right on. Those are Lang key locks. On some of them, you lifted up that lever and inserted a key into a slot. When you twisted it, the locks came off. On other ones, you lifted the lever and twisted it. This released the lock. I'm not sure which one that is, though. And I think it is fully seated.
