Yeah, Mike, I sometimes favor a 2T gun when it's more open as well. Frankly, it's not that much of a issue either way to me. I like all my guns for different reasons and hunt with them when it pleases me irregardless of whether it's a 2T or 1T, ejectors or extractors, as I'm sure most of us here do. For the most part, I feel the same way about the bore size when hunting quail. I seem to bag about the same with any bore size. I seem to gravitate to my 20g guns for most upland from quail to phez. In SD, a 2T sxs makes a lot of sense, but again, it didn't seem to make much difference at the end of the day.
I have an unusual 2T gun that's an LC 20g, 32", ejector, but both barrels are Modified choked. I don't want to open the right to a looser choke as I see this gun as a open country phez gun at near 7lbs.
