The 12 gauge side-bys I shoot often for: barn pigeons, fezzants and waterfowl both have DT- the Fox HE has a half-grip- the older Trojan had a std. grip- I sold it to a hunting buddy and bought a VH 12 sn 225318 (1920's Meriden gun)1and 1/2 frame size!! I studied the Holland and Holland videos- learned their mount and re-mount between each shot- foot position, instructor was a Ken Davies I believe- so if I "dis-mount" the shotgun to track a second bird, re-mount and then shoot, I don't even know my hand has moved back to the rearmost trigger- The older Trojan had more "downpitch" from the 30" barrels - when stacked against a 90 degree plumb door jamb-that does the VH Parker- and I like a shotgun that patterns just above the aim-point of the muzzles-A very good gunsmith told me it was easier for him to adjust trigger pulls on a double with two triggers-also said the old pre-War Browning Superposed with the "twin-single triggers" had more parts that a fine Swiss watch--
