Unfortunately, passing a skills exam does not automatically confer ethics and integrety. There are some very skilled crooks out there.

Agree RH45-more "gun butchers" extant than artisans such as Fischer and other of the Guild who have shared their works of art with us here- Just curious- why a FFL or C&R license to ship/receive a receiver- no firing pins or other items that could make it function, correct. Right now, looks like a shiny boat anchor-the idiot that "worked" on it was most likely the notorious Archibald S. Hollbrook- the same idiot that took an electric engraving pen and deeply etched his full name in the floor plate of a Parker 12 gauge Trojan- So if someone buys the receiver and sideplate and other spare parts I have for sale, I have to ship through a FFL, same as if we were dealing with a LeFever Nitro Special? Doesn't seem right!!RWTF

Me thinks it's Flitz metal polish jobie. I'm not sure it's a lost cause, but Wrangler jeans, Sombrerro, and a coach with ponies would come in handy!

Rescued from a "Maine" Gun-Butcher'...Ahhhemmm. Might want to check with A.T.F...Run that Sr No...You may find that A.H.Fox "F" 12b With 2nd pr Bbls and several other guns, Some still in pieces from about 3-4 yrs ago..Might even find "Beau Whoopie"! Had message the "Re-Stocker" did a Beautiful Job on Nash's #1 Magnum..cc
