IF you want to use IMR SR7625 in cold weather, stay with loads above 9.000 psi in loading manuals and use a wad that fits the hull walls snuggly (like Russ says). Go to even higher pressure loads in manuals for really cold weather, say -10C to -20C. I have used IMR SR7625 for decades when ice was on the water and had no bloopers, SO LONG AS I KEPT ACTUAL CHAMBER PRESSURES UP. Avoid loads that have low listed chamber pressures (say 7.500 psi) in warm weather -- they will give bloopers in cold weather, once they have been in a cold gun for a while, because chamber pressures will have gone too low.
