Ok Recoil Rob but until Kutters post all I was trying to do was get some clarification here which I, and possibly others others who don't have FFLs, wanted. Now; after seeing the pictures,IMO that Colt is still a firearm and the receiver appears to be repairable. I personally would treat it as a firearm as far as the law goes.I also agree that it's better to err on the side of caution in these matters.
