My opinion is simple and short: NO.
This is the "ATF Jack-booted Thugs" and Federal Law you're flirting with. Why in Hell do you want opinions?
Call the ATF and get the straight story(good luck) or be smart/safe and ship it to an FFL holder.

I agree with Recoil Rob "here we go again".
