Great experience and customer service with Galazan/CSM.

I got my PIF RBL 28 a month ago and loved it from the start. Standard wood that is very nice. Photos posted previously.
I liked it so much I decided to go for a 20 (which I was going to buy at the onset of the 20offering but didn’t) I like the finish, case colors, engraving and wood finish on the 28 and saw the 20’s were now the same.
I bought the RBL 20 two weeks ago. Late production, with satin finish, 3X wood. I ordered the extra BTFE for it. I wanted a field forend and one (BTFE) for high volume and Clays. So, 2 fore ends, why not. After all I took the advice of several members here.
Anyway, I got the gun and I liked it except for I didn’t like the grain at the heel. It looked like it was a candidate for a heel chip in the future. So I called Doug and discussed it. He said to send it back. I did and I looked at a few others and settled on one with 4X English. Paid the difference and got the other forend for it . They sent it back in record time, less than a week. No hassles, no questions asked. In fact , the second forend wont fit in the case to return and I sent it separately. They didn’t get it back but called and said “ we work on the honor system” and will send your gun anyway.
So, they got the forend a few days after but I had my gun and second forend already.
I couldn’t have asked for better service from Doug and Lou.Professional all the way. Patient, attentive and willing to make me happy.

I will have to modify the case to hold both fore ends but I have a plan!!!

Brian-thanks for your post. As a rule, we hear too much negative news and it is refreshing to hear what a manufacturer does right!
