Hi Jason, sorry to hear about your deal. It just plan sucks!! I guess I've been very lucky with the deals I've had on the net...very lucky.
I feel that when a gun is so misrepresented such as in your case, the dealer should pay all fees, shipping, FFL etc. He knew full well what that gun was like and to be frank I think a guy like this is a crook!! Most honest folks would be happy to take the gun back, but as we all know, there are those few who will take you for a ride everytime. Makes me wonder how they sleep nights!!
I too m going to PM you for his name....so that I can avoidsomething like this in the future.
