There is no way those cracks happened in shipping. The seller needs to just cough up the money for shipping.

I bought a Purdey muzzleloader from "supposedly" one of the most reputable dealers on the net...

The rib was smashed from some bozo gunsmith mOnkey wrenching out the breach plugs.
When it came I called him within minutes of it's arrival.....I heard everything from "damaged by UPS" to "damaged by me". It went back to him and He never refunded my shipping.

A short time later I saw another gun on his site that interested me I was foolish enough to trust him again.

When the gun came I immediately noticed an Australian Importers name lightly engraved on top of the left barrel.
Called him up and told him he should've told me this was on the gun...no offer of money back or not so much as a I'm sorry I should have told you.
The next day upon further examination I noticed one of the ejectors kicking every now and then when opening the "unfired" gun.

I called him up and low and behold he claimed that he and a friend had been shooting this very gun and never noticed it doing this...

Just some more bull hockey from an Internet Gun Dealer.

The gun is a really nice shooter so I kept it...he won again.
