I considered myself a pretty good gunsmith at one time, I used to build custom 45's, 1911 type, until I lost my shop in a divorce, [won't do that again], and I did check chamber length, and tightness, with it being as on face as I have ever seen, all else was correct except for barrel wall thickness, and I answered that in a previous post.
