Ken, thanks for sharing what must have been a wonderful opener. This year we will have our first goose season in Florida in decades. If I knew where to find them other than residential yards next Saturday I could take my first one in 30+ years of hunting. Was it chilly in Virginia this morning or does the jacket just help with concealment? Does that smiling young man in the picture have to deal with the recoil of the big ten gauge? Perhaps it isn't too bad since with it being better than a century and a quarter old it has to be on something of a reduced load diet.
