I should explain there are experts and craftsmen on this board who have many stars and deserve them. Examples in no particular order are: Mr.T, Walt Snyder, Dave Noreen, Ken Hurst, Ed Muderlak, Steven Dodd Hughes,.... We're lucky to have them.

Another member type is guy who provides great in depth knowledge on a given post. One example is '2-piper'. Ever since I remember he was/is all business and his answers are very well researched and worded. Heck, it's almost like reading The Gun and It's Development by WW Greener.

DRM, As you have seen, the gentlemen who are generous with the stars are right up front with you. The folks who take you down in star rating will never have the nerve to tell you they did it or tell you why. I have tried very hard to think of behavior that is more gay than that. There isn't any.
