Hopefully Ruger will bring out the Gold Label again. I don't know what the problems with the previous design might have been except that I also feel it should have had double triggers for simplicity and better function. An American-made game gun is a Good Thing to have available; it would not be the first choice for the clayshooting games though (the heavier RBL would be better for these). Although I've probably now got all the shotguns I need, still a 16 gauge GL with two triggers would be pretty tempting!
