I have taken down and reassembled Elsies quite a few times, and each time during reassembly, I get to thinking that there's got to be an easier way to align the top break lever pivot pin with the hole in the trigger plate. I have a file, that I have reformed the tang into a pin shape to move this pin into position, by prying it to the center position, through the detent hole in the trigger plate, but the force of the spring on this pin, makes it a real fete which I would like to improve upon.
Any suggestions???
