Hello gentlemen:
I hope you can help me to identify this kind of mechanism and also, if possible, the maker of what I think is a JABC (or something like that when you refer to a poor quality Belgian shotgun).
As you can see in the photos, the closing system is in the forend and ther is no wooden parts in it.
The shotgun in question is a 20 ga. 65 mm SxS with external hammers and in the barrels have the next inscriptions:
On the rib: C. SYMPHORIEN St LAURENT DU MARONI
On the left barrel: Made in Belgium
You can not separate the barrels from the mechanism because you can not remove the metalic forearm.
Any help will be usefull and enlightenenig.
