With that drop at comb and heel I couldn't shoot it anyway !!
Better to keep your mouth shut and be thought stupid, than open it and confirm.

This is my A&S 28-Ga. It weighs 5lbs.-14oz. with 27" barrels. The engraving is by Gianfranco Pedersoli. I also have a pair of A&S hammer guns. So I have plenty of expierence with A&S guns. I think they are as well made as any gun on the market. Thanks for the post Mike, I can never get enough of their guns. Bill G. Frankly I would shop around for soemthing else. I should think second-hand Sandro Lucchini would have much more favorable quality to price ratio. You can save a bundle and still get very high quality, but one needs to travel off the beaten path. ![](/forums/images/graemlins/default/wink.gif)

Jag no doubt there are better values. I think the 12 bore pre-war English Boxlocks and the sixteen gauge pre-war German boxlocks are the most handbuilt quality for the least amount of money.
Still very nice engraving on a very nice gun.
Best,
Mike
