Mark, based on the two 16ga Foxes from which I took measurements, I think it's safe for you to assume that your gun is an original M/F. I don't think Fox would have treated 015/025 as M/F on a 16, at least not from my measurements (and from those others like James have posted). And I agree with James that bore diameter on Fox 16's was quite a bit tighter than the usually accepted standard of somewhere in the 662-667 range.
