Webley and W & C Scott continued to be marketed until the Scott line was dropped in the 1930's. Like the A & W, the Rogers actioned gun was a continuation of the Webley line, not Scott. Yes, Webley offered them prior to the merger. "Serious rifles have two barrels, everything else just burns gunpowder."
