The 2010 Firearms Engravers and Gunmakers Exhibition is moving to the Nugget in Sparks. Not far in distance from the Silver Legacy, but a world away from the hub of activity at the current downtown location.

Well, what a revolting development!
I just finally figured out how to find my way around the Silver Legacy complex. I am going to have to remember to bring another pocket full of bread crumbs.
On the other hand, it is closer to Des Moines...

I'm going to start a refinish project on an old lever gun -- the fore end wood isn't original so that will be the beginning. I think I might use Mandarino's formula adding the bone black. Is there a reason you leave that out? (thanks for the earlier reply)
