eightbore Sidelock Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 14,521 Likes: 302 Maryland	OWD, I also looked at the sleek little Purdey at the Vintagers and, as you say, too many issues to infect my checkbook. A friend bought the Diamond Grade Lindner that is ten numbers off my Diamond Grade safetyless pigeon gun. Another friend made a good choice on the 29" .410 Arietta which had a radical wood upgrade and I think is a Model 871, not a base model.
