Many thanks for the pictures of the 'Set Up's'. I've lost track of how many times I have had to explain to some people, that the setting up of a job prior to milling may take an hour or even two, and all to make one single cut that takes all of 10 seconds to do.
It's entirely different at the factory where mass production of the item was made. They would have a tool room made jig, that the part was simply just dropped into to enable the cut to be made. For the 'One Off' job it's not worth spending perhaps a day or two making a jig, that you may never need again.
