I'm not sure what you have in mind (action type, barrel configuration, end use, etc.) but I'd think that the .220 Swift or the .225 Winchester would have to be considered as well, especially if the customer would like the option of factory ammunition (note: I'm assuming both are still available commercially).

If it were me, I'd probably go with one of the various .25's on a Krag case...
