Nice looking gun.
I'd be concerned with bore dimensions and chamber length at 1& 1/8 oz proof it should be chambered for 2 & 1/2" shells.

Tig - sorry for checking in a bit late on this thread. Lang is a Brand Value two maker's name (worth 3/4 as much a a BV1 name os similar guns). The Original Quality grade of your gun appears to me to be OQ6, a second quality BLE. The Current Condition level looks to me to be CC5, "Minor repairs needed or restoration accomplished." The value of a BV2-OQ6-CC5 = $2,000. If you need further explainations or think I have missed on the OQ or CC, post back.

Rocketman, I really should make it a little clearer as to what I am interested in. I want English sxs's with Damascus barrels, 100+ yrs. old, unmolested, unbroken, no pits, good stock w/ figure, at least some engraving, no pads, and with a fitted, hard case...tight, on face, and shootable.

That's my point exactly, but I'm not the one that put a $2K tag on the gun. The gun in question here, is in that range of criteria!

If you ever meet someone who doesn't, --- well, I suppose there might be someone who doesn't. Seriously, you are speaking of a CC2.5 or better. BV3 (lowest name value for Brit guns)-OQ6(lowest original quality grade boxlock non-ejector to meet your aesthetics)-CC2.5 (lowest current condition that might meet your condition requirements) = $2,700. Depending on your actual requirements, it might run more. Finding one is a matter of scarcity.
