Someone was asking me about a 2" 12 ga. I've found another one, not as cheap as the last one. If you contact me I'll put you in touch with the owner.
Barrels: 26" Stock: 14 1/2" Chokes:3/4 & Full Weight: 5lb 2oz Engraving of Pheasant, Partridge, Duck and a pointer on the trigger gaurd surrounded by anthus engraving and carved drop points on the stock.

Brian the last one I sold went for $1300 and it was in pretty good shape. But, it didn't weigh 5lbs 2oz either.

Cabela's just had a very nice George Bate 2"--slightly heavier than that one, but with 28" barrels and in excellent shape. They had it tagged at about $4400, I believe. By the time you negotiated a bit with them, it would've been an excellent buy IMO--and it didn't last too long.

Don't intend to hijack this thread, but I've had the Geo. Bate shown below for a couple years and have never run across another. Now two in one post. This SL is a little on the hefty side at 9 3/4#, 10 bore of course. Jay, it would make a great casemate for your 2". Sorta like "Big Brother" Randy

Brian I sold it last summer. I bought it cheap and sold it at a profit. I don't try and gouge people.
