I believe the drop is 1 3/8 and 2 1/4 according to reference I have seen in literature and talking to Galazan. I have not measured them myself but when I look down the barrels when mounted I see the whole rib- sort of like a trap gun.
Galazan said I could bend it but it will probably need refinishing. I am not sure why it will need refinishing. They also said it may be hard to find someone to do it since they think this is the first gun that someone wanted to bend the stock.
I imagine I could learn to shoot it as is but since I usually shoot a different gun each time I am out I have decided that the guns I have need to fit me not the other way around. I have been systematically going through my collection adjusting them (I have done six so far) and I am much happier with this arrangement even though it becomes expensive and a lot of work to mail guns. A little nerve wracking also.
