At this time of the year, with the deep snow, pheasants are a little hard to find. They like to bury themselves in the snow. I've taught my dogs a unique way to find them! I can hardly wait for warmer weather! I'm sure you guys down south miss this. Enjoy, Chris Bird Located!  Perfect Point!  It takes two to get this one!  I think they got this one trapped

I miss living in New York, really I do. It was 65 here yesterday, 70 today and all the college girls are out in their summer attire. Yes it is terrible here in Boulder, but somehow I will survive.

Minus 6 this morning. We haven't been that cold in a long time. My friends in Alaska think that is a summer temperature!
My wife and I were in San Diego a few weeks ago, mid 70's most days. We went to the ocean most every night to see the sunset. The locals were in jackets and we were in short sleeve shirts.
Great place to visit.

In the 70s here and sunny just about every day. I really enjoy Winter in Arizona because I can leave tho top on my Corvette down all the time. The pear tree in my front yard is really a sight right now since it's in full bloom.

Kansas has been in the 70's for a week or so....BUT I bet it wont last! 2 more days in our goose season, DURN!

What the heck is 70's. We wont see that for a while. Our DEC just opened up a special snow goose season for the winter. Come on over.

Our ranch is in NW Kansas but we hunt geese about 20 miles north, in Nebraska. There is a snow goose season which runs through like April, but we arent seeing any snows, 2 yesterday. Our bioligist (sp) says that for some reason this year they are moving east of us about 75 miles....Hate to drive that far, but duty will call, I am sure....We had a farm in upstate NY, South of Castleton on Hudson for a few years..COLD !!!
