Yep, I don't know if they are filing/have filed Ch 7 or whether it is Ch 11, but they are now under water. There are a couple of the shotguns on various broker sites and they look really nice.
I've heard the quality issues discussed but nothing specific so I don't know if something breaks on the guns, or if it's more cosmetic. If L. Brown has some more info on the reliability front, I certainly would like to hear it. These aren't the most expensive guns on the market, but I can buy something non-functional to hang over the mantel MUCH cheaper.
