I haven't seen it anywhere but in some of the early Browning Superposeds. Beretta made a single trigger that had a rocker on it. Pulling the trigger by the upper part of the rocker would fire the top barrel first and pulling the lower section would select the lower barrel to shoot first. The second pull on the same section would then fire the other barrel.
