I am well aware that the new junior senator from New York has been touted as a strong supporter of 2nd Amendement rights and the NRA; however, I have zero faith that any New York senator will do anything to support the Second Amendment or conservative principals. And further, I have the exact same opinion of all elected Senators from the northeastern US; they have repeatedly demonstrated from their actions over many years that they are all self-serving socialists with no regard for protecting any individual right/s perceived as counter to their self-serving purposes.
