The Hunter One trigger was definitely made as a non-selective. I have one on a .410 that fires the left barrel first and has the trigger in the center position. Apparently, you could order the gun with a non-selective trigger for either barrel first. This gun does not have an external provision for a selector, but I don't remember what the inside looks like and surely don't remember a "selector spring". You might post this question on the LC Smith Forum and someone there might have an answer for you.
