OP Jxsn Boxlock Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 9 WI	I have had this rifle for quite a few years. I seek information about the maker, W. Foerster, Berlin. (Photo by S.Bell) It has pre-1912 proofmarks. I have the original scope, a C.P. Goerz Certar 4-1/2X and the original case. NECGW fit the modern Schmidt & Bender scope so that it is interchangeable with the original. The finish is original and it does shoot as good as it looks.
