Barrel Browner I have seen some in some sorry states but if the internal bore is reasonably o.k. and the wall thickness is there it is surprising what can be done. I strike them up then they go to a Gunsmith friend in the Midlands who takes them to somewhere in Brum. I find striking them up quite thereputic. It's good to see the eventual transformation.
