My friend ran across a Parker Reproduction BHE 12 ga. 2 bbl set in 98% condition. What is the current value of this set up and how many of these were made. I have been on and off looking for a DHE 20 ga. Repo. but I may have to consider this if it's a workable deal.
Thanks, Fritz

I want to say that there were 100 BHE Parker Reproductions made, but I may be wrong. If it is a beavertail and pistol grip two barrel set, it would be a desirable piece. And please, it is Repro, not Repo. JR

John, It is a pistol grip/splinter forend and the guy is asking $6000. Is this about what it's worth? Maybe if it really was a Repo it would be cheaper! Thanks for the help.

There were 100 12-ga., 100 20-ga., and 100 28-ga. BHE Repros built. A 12-ga. BHE 2-bbl. set Repro priced at $6000 would be a steal as the market is considerably more...$6000 is about the current market price for a DHE 2-bbl. set. I know of two 12-ga. BHE sets currently available, one has an ask of $8,800 the other $15,900. The dealer that has one of these sets also has a 20-ga. BHE 2-bbl. set currently available for $25,000...please let me know if you're going to pass on it.

Bam is right, That is a steal for a BHE Parker Reproduction. The prices for a 28 gauge DHE PR is playing all around $5000.

I am almost positive(he is familiar with doubles)it is a BHE and he was told that there were 100 of these 2 bbl sets made, but I just wanted to check and see if this was accurate. I am going to call about it on Monday and get the details. Would the barrels be 28"/30" or 26"/28" or did they come both ways??
Thanks, Fritz

You better call NOW, cause if the right person gets wind of where it is, it won't be there Monday!
