So, a BHE 28 is actually rarer than a BHE .410.

Who is this Reagent Chemical and how do they figure in on the Parker Repro picture??
There seems to be so many players in the Parker Repro that it boggles the mind and I saw back in the 80's (I think) an ad in the American Rifleman for their close out sale.
"A day late and a dollar short" comes to mind when describing my investment strategy over the years.

Reagent Chemical was owned(?) by Tom Skeuse, a Parker collector who wanted to build the Parker again. He tried to find a manufacturer who could built it. The Winchester, Olin-Kodensha plant in Japan made the best prototype, so he contracted with them to built the guns.
Remington owned the Parker Brothers name. They gave permission to build the guns but not the use of the name, so the new guns had to be named Parker Reproductions.
Because Winchester made them, the barrels were stamped "Parker Reproduction by Winchester". The grip caps says "Parker by Winchester".

Reagent Chemical already had a relationship with Winchester. They made the White Flyer clay targets for Winchester.

Skeuse "is" White Flyer. Winchester-Western and O-M Chemical Corporation not been White Flyer for some time. I don't know the details, but that's the way it is. If you want White Flyer targets, you call Skeuse.
