Daryl,I think that your Grey,s patent gun must be unique! Thanks for posting pictures of same. It is obviously of best quality.I am curious as to how the action of the gun was opened?
Was the maker, Grey of Bond Sreet,London, who later became a partner in the firm of Moore and Grey?
Cant help feeling that the gun may have been designed to attract the interest of sportsmen who were switching from P.F. to C.F.
