It was pretty beat up so I traded it off the the old klunkermeister Russ Ruppel who fixed it up. I believe that these VL&D Knockabout Sauers were only black powder proofed even though they had fluid steel barrels. "No man's property is safe when the Legislature is in session." NY Supreme Court
